Email any test results (MRI, X-Ray, bone density scans, blood work, etc.) to us at Office@Adjust-ology.com and we will upload them to your file. If you have any difficulty getting any of your records, let us know and our office staff can obtain a signed medical release form from you and request the information directly from your health-care practitioners.
